Billing Policy All accounts will be invoiced via email for $139.40, which includes 12 months of hosting at $9.95 per month plus a one time setup fee of $20.00. Accounts are considered deliquent and placed on "accounting hold" when the account is past due. Accounts on "accounting hold" are not deleted but cannot be accessed until the invoice is paid.
