evaluate its readiness. It is a simple fact
that a single technology provider can NOT solve all issues related to the transition
to the Year 2000. Virtual Empire will continue to keep its
customers informed.
Update: Our comprehensive Y2k testing has been completed. Several
minor problems have been found and resolved. We will continue testing individual
components and be extra cautious with any network changes between now and the
end of the year, but the situation looks good. I must caution that our
testing (just like everyone else) includes only our own equipment and that of
our direct suppliers.
